Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans.
- Organize first aid training sessions for volunteers.
- Conduct training needs assessments.
- Coordinate with program teams and supervisors.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports.
- Monitor and evaluate volunteer performance.
- Participate in workshops and seminars when required.
- Ensure compliance with ARCS policies and regulations.
- Mobilize resources to support first aid programs.
- Promote continuous improvement of first aid services.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Afghanistan’s administrative and organizational procedures.
- Experience in planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
- Ability to travel to districts when required.
- Strong communication skills in Afghanistan’s official languages.
- Good organizational and teamwork skills.
- Ability to professionally deliver first aid training.
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
